Unfortunately, as this site is based on Actinic, which is a desktop-based software, the client lost a lot of their information when the computer got attacked by viruses. To avoid this kind of scenario in the future, we have stopped offering Actinic-based shops but offer only online-based shops: it won't matter where you are, you will be able to update and access your site from anywhere in the world and won't lose any data if your computer crashes.
